Ice Song

Here we have one of my first OC ponies. She, and her companion Firedance, were created as "pony versions" of transformer characters my wife and I had created. Ice Song was a re-imagining of of Ice Berg, a penguin beast former I had created.
Creating a ice loving pony seemed too normal though, so I went a head and created a whole new species of pony, the Penguin Pegasus. Like their air bound brethren, these ponies have wings on their back. But these are not normal wings, they are penguin flippers. These flipper/wings allow them to soar though the ocean depths with incredible speed and grace. Their mains are also shorter and bear a resemblance to the feathers of crested penguins such as the Rock Hopper. They also have the buff underbelly of their penguin counterparts.
Ice Song, taking some cues from another penguin character I created, is an amnesic princess who was found on an ice berg floating in a bay not too far from Ponyville. But since contact with Penguin Pegasi are few and far between, no one knows who or what she is. After traveling with Firdance and other ponies, she regains her memory and returns to her home and her duties, but still finds a way to sneak out and spend time with her friends.
