Seven Lakes Junior High Superhero: Alloy S

An admin for the newly opened Seven Lakes Junior high approached me to create several superheroes for their 2012-2013 school year theme. I originally had plan on create 10, but that proved to be too ambitious with time and work level constraints. As such, only 6 of the planned 10 were created.

For the project I decided on 5 "super hero types" with each type receiving a male and female version. Alloy S represents the female "Armored Hero" type.

Her colors are derived from the school colors, and her helmet is based on their Spartan mascot. She also takes some obvious inspiration from Iron Man, who happens to be my favorite superhero. Her pose was based on this piece here [link] by

She was drawn by hand, then inked with pen. Afterwords she was cleaned up and colored in Adobe Photoshop CS 5.1
